WTFWTFWTF?

WTF is going on?

  1. Stupid Streamyx connection is slow as a snail on dial-up. No, slower. I thought it was bad at the office but damn! Its even worse at home! I wish those WiMax winner bidders whatevers would hurry up and roll out their service and it better be affordable - *snort* yeah right…
  2. Wireless network at home is not bloody working! I had to bloody reset the bloody modem and ended up with a jungle of wires in various rooms of the house. Bloody Bloody hell!
  3. When I get it working, Streamyx crawls again and every page I open is a damned error page because the stupid line can’t handle the traffic. I can’t even log into TMNet’s homepage - tells you a lot about your provider doesn’t it?!
  4. I cannot seem to log into a different account from the home. Doesn’t make sense when I could before. Hot damn! This means my bill will be shooting through the roof this month!
  5. They are talking about making bloggers register? WTFWTFWTF?! This is like the whole prepaid registration debacle. They made people register their prepaid mobile phone accounts so people cannot send “poison pen” sms and rumour-monger. Now, just because some people write things on blogs that hit too close to home of the high ups, the knee-jerk (no pun intended on Jerk!) reaction is to make all bloggers register. Are they going to get login information from Blogger and Wordpress and all the free hosts out there to arm-twist us into registering? Are they going to suspend our internet services to force us to register our blogs? Can they monitor everyone? Is there going to be a national registry of blogs and bloggers? Does it even make an ounce of sense to you? No? I didn’t think so!
  6. Which stupid dingbat thought up that whole registration idea anyway? Did he run it by his daughter/son/wife(ves)/friends who probably already have a blog and are bitching about this decision at this very moment because they might be exposed? What a laughing stock we have made of ourselves in the world lately with our backward thinking and knee-jerk reactions to everything. Its so laughable its not even funny. One would think that there are greater concerns involved in running the country than to vet what people are saying about their food or what they did that day, or just general ranting about life and their work. Voyeurs!

I thought it was March that brings out the madness in people. Instead, as usual we are late and the madness spilled over into April.

This whole thing had better be a belated April Fool’s joke!

I read the headline at STAR too, and I couldn’t believe that some wise guys running this country have put their foot into their mouths again! Why do they insist on behaving like little children in the kindergarten playground? *sigh*… If it wasn’t for the lormaikai…

And Streamyx is really that bad?!! Really? How about when you go wireless at, say, some place like Starbucks? OMG! When I am home, I have to connect via TM.net’s dial-up… Not looking good.

Hey hey. Just sharing streamyx wussyness…i have the basic home package at 512 megawhatever bytes for RM77 a month. So far the fastest speed ishas ever given me was like 112 megawassits, never even approached 200 before. Ever. Do I need to look at some other provider?

    *fan you furiously* :p

About the registration thingy, I call it suppression of freedom. Register, my ass. I feel like asking them to shove the notion up where the sun don’t shine.

    Blardy idiots.

God have mercy on the morons who are running this country. Forgive them for they don’t know what they are doing.

LB: Kids in kindy grow up. nuff said :P and Starbucks seems ok the few times I’m there with a laptop. Dialup? Well, good luck to you! Guess updates will be rare occurances eh?

Oddie: Wah you pay so much for Streamyx? I’m only paying RM66 for unlimited 512mb and RM44 at home for limited access. Unfortunately, there are no other more affordable providers :( I’m waiting for WiMax to see what the deal is though.

Tine: Hand me a cold drink more likely LOL…. No need to feel like telling them anything dearie, just do it!

Pablo: LOL and God give me patience … :P

I’ve got the RM 66 for unlimited access and it’s a huge joke. Each time I try to connect to the Net, for each hour of connectivity, there’s at least 25 mins of downtime when the connection drops out. It’s enough to drive me up the wall!!!

On the blogger registration… *rolls eyes* That just about sez it all for me.
