When a car alarm goes off in my neighbourhood, I don't think anyone even raise an eyebrow (or maybe they do, but just to complain at the incessant noise). Sad, hoh? Makes you wonder why you need a car alarm in the first place if no one's gonna do anything about it when it goes off.
