Submerged in the Malaysian culture of lepak (hanging out) at Sungai Wang Plaza, looking for a new phone. Introduced to the new Samsung E830 that isn’t even out yet. Fell in ♥ but its not yet in stock and price is unknown. From the brochure its going to come in shimmering gold! Black is also an option but the picture of the gold looks good.

Got warned about some unscrupulous mobile phone vendors who would sell you reconditioned sets as brand new. Damn! Close shave.

Got caught up in the camera fair at Low Yat Plaza. I didn’t know Samsung came out with a digital camera too! Was on the verge of picking up either a Canon Ixus 60 (RM899) or one of the Panasonic Lumix LX (RM1499-1599). 10MP in a compact point and shoot camera! Hot damn! Left without anything. Good gal!

Indulged in Lecka-lecka gelato wannabe ice-cream sorbet thing. Lemon and watermelon. Do you get watermelon gelato in Italy, LB? Anyway, gelato wise, it was close, but no cigar. Give me that gelateria by the Fontana di Trevi in Rome any day *drools at memory* or actually, any gelateria in Italy, thankyewverymuch!

No, and I don’t understand why, because watermelons are available easily in Italy.. We do get the yellow melon gelato though, which is one of my top three favorite flavors (the other two: pistacchio, & tiramisu).. You’re right, any gelateria in Italy will do. The ones around the Trevi Fountain are just a little more expensive.

LB: I actually tasted the Tiramisu gelato at Lecka-lecka today. It was so sweet my teeth hurt, so I passed. I love banana flavour but only the gelato that are grey not yellow heh… I’ll have a kalipap. Will ta pau so I can take a pic for you since my camera phone is dead and all… Also to escape having to explain to mom why I’m taking pictures of a curry puff

IKEA shopping spree! I want! I want! and that’s the truth… I do plan to go to day to see what frivolous stuff I can pick up… LOL!
I used to write short bits like that too, called them short-takes. so many little things happening that you want to say, yet not long enough to be one post. put them together and you’ll have something decent, yea?

Shop shop shop! I wanna new phone with camera feature and blue tooth. But am going to have to hold off until Christmas most likely. Need to watch out for those unscrupulous folks over here too. Good to hold out for those excellent deals.
