I remember once (a few years back) I wanted to buy hair color from Carrefour Sri Petaling and it was on offer (old stocks) at RM24.90. But being the smart aleck that I am, I went to check it at the price checker and it showed as normal (new stock) price - RM34.90. I went to the extent of hunting down a Carrefour staff and showing him the discrepancy, but you know what he did? He said I cannot buy it at RM24.90 even though that's what the shelf label said! To add insult, he took away the box of hair color from me and removed the shelf label!! If only I had thought of making a complaint there and then... For a few weeks after the incident, I went back to check that particular section and the product remained there with NO shelf label. -_-" I've never given my business to ANY Carrefour since. LOL!
