Many many moons ago, a little pink baby was born.
No one could remember her date of birth because she must have caused one heck of an uproar the day before her actual birth date. Everyone thought it was the day before it really was. Mom remembers it as the day after the mooncake festival because I was playing with (read: burning) my lantern when she went into labour. I cannot remember that. It must have been too traumatizing for me to give up my lantern play!
Anyway, fast forward to the present.
The pink baby is now a pink adult and this time, she thought she’d be clever. When she bought her car, she made sure her car number plate was memorable in more ways than one. She put her birth date on the car plate, so the rest of us in the family wouldn’t forget.
And what d’ya know?
