Isn’t it awful how every time you make up your mind to take the step forward, someone or something from the past tries to pull you back?

… and you just don’t want to take their hand anymore because what you really want to do is to turn away and take that step forward.

    Hmm… I’m pretty tough in the sense that if I’ve made up my mind, I’ve really made up my mind and I’d go forward no matter what.

    Yeah, that’s bad… I also hate it when you’re hopping along merrily, and suddenly something not that important comes along & halts you in your tracks, drowning away all those happy thoughts..
