If you have kids on hand and have no idea what to occupy their time with at this time of year, head on down to KLPAC for Aladdin - the Pantomime. In fact, even if you don’t have kids and are all adults with your head screwed on tight, head on down for Aladdin! I guarantee you a night of rollicking laughter and fun Beatles music.I was offered free tickets to see it last night and really, who can pass up free tickets to the theatre eh? Add to that the fun of watching a pantomime with a stellar comedic cast and wonderful music by the Beatles and you have a recipe for disaster all night laughter. Adults will appreciate the nuanced jokes and the music and kids will just enjoy the all round fun of audience participation. I’m not going to say more - just go see it. It runs from now to Jan 6 so there’s lots of time to catch it still!
My infinite thanks to Cheesey Poo for remembering that I love music and comedy and the theatre and I’ll even close one eye to the misrepresentation that Harith Iskandar was in it
All together now!

We all live a yellow submarine,
yellow submarine, yellow submarine.

On a totally unrelated note, I have finally… FINALLY activated GPRS on my mobile and can now send and receive MMS and check my emails on the go! Whee!!! I bet it’ll cost me a pretty penny, but I can now take a picture of something I like and send it along with a message of “Should I buy this?” or “Do I look fat in this?” - something I’ve always wanted to do!
Better late than never yes?

I haven’t activated GPRS on my phone! The cost puts me off… hehe.
Sorry about the Harith Iskandar bit, I’ll go clobber Jenn for that mis-info! Glad you enjoyed it…. even with all the kids! LOL
It was fun, wasn’t it? I never expected it to be that elaborate and the kids in the audience were fabulous. Coconut indeed. Dear reader, if your child is aged about >5+yo, do bring them for the show. They’ll love it. I had a little boy sitting in front of my seat who was rolling with laughter all the way.
Loved the Beatles touch. Beatles = Liverpool = Liverpool FC = Top Monkey = big smiles from me.
Can’t believe you’ve never had GPRS before this. You the techie. LOL
Wonder if there will be a rerun when Ethan hits 5
Rinnah: I’m learning that the hard way! lol…
Cheesey: It was tremendous fun! And I was always a bit of a doofus with the gprs thing techie or no
GT: I’m sure there will be! Or there will be other pantos.
