One time the staff glared at me just because I paid for a drink with a RM50 note and gave me attitude. A few months later a Shell and a Petronas opened next to that station, and I see it going out of business real soon because no one goes there anymore. Actually it's not about the amount you've been cheated. It's the principle right? 1 sen or 1 ringgit, it's still stealing from customers. We are still issued a traffic summons if we go 1km/h or 50km/h over the speed limit. There was this Esso on Kesas, who gave horrible service. Actually it’s not about the amount you’ve been cheated. It’s the principle right? 1 sen or 1 ringgit, it’s still stealing from customers.

I think most people couldn't be bothered to bring that up, but then it will make the operators / attendants do it even more. One person at a time can really make a difference. I am the type one person. My husband is just like you. I guess I need to change too. I got my money cheated out of me one too many times ...
