Besides, I have very specific ways of cleaning, others probably won't live up to it. I agree, cleaning around the house is the best way of exercise. It is also very satisfying after getting the job done. Unfortunately (rather fortunately), the house we rented is so big with 4 bedrooms and all windows around the house, Mr Andie still lets me keep the helper. She works 4 hours a day. On the fifth point, we always unplug all electrical appliances. Electric bill is very expensive. I don't know if it would make a difference ... Great tips!
