Wonder what they were thinking…

When Kimberly posted about that strange object she saw at SS2 I had no idea it was located right in front of a restaurant. Yes, the very same place you go to eat.

It makes you wonder about the food served there. Are they made to look phallic and suggestive? Are they passion inducing foods? Do oysters and strawberries covered with sinful dark chocolate feature as a staple on the menu?

Apparently not if you read my review on The Cave at SS2.

So you get some strange symbol out front (which looks vaguely suggestive if you narrow your eyes and squint a little), and small dimly lit spaces for 2 inside. All right in the middle of busy SS2 in PJ.

Was that why the waiter kept giggling when he directed us to our seats?

Is the PKR government in Selangor more broadminded than we are led to believe? Under the previous state government condoms were banned from being sold openly. It caused quite a furore I recall because they were kept under lock and key, with the cigarettes. Now, we have this in the middle of PJ the new city.

Wonder what they were thinking…

Well, PKR is telling BN that they are growing stronger as the days go by.

Kimberlycun: It probably is. I just wondered who approved the design :P

Pablo: Telling is different from being right?

RInnah: I guess but novelties wear out without good food to back it up!

It’s phallic from the side…

From what I’ve read, food seems a little average.

How come the PKR government has not approved something in a similar vein here in Penang?
