I missed the last couple of weeks’ photo hunt but I’m back this week where the theme of the week is Colorful!
I have the perfect pictures, taken during my last trip back to my little hometown. Little hometowns have the best photo opps. I kid you not! Look at these COLOURFUL pictures!
This is a scene in my hometown. The municipal council directed that all the shop fronts be painted different colours according to the streets they front. This corner shop has the dubious honour of fronting 2 streets hence the two toned colours. I also took more colourful shots after the jump!
This was taken in a little store selling plastic and household wares. I loved the traditional style of hanging up your wares for all and sundry to see. These little stores are always so crammed full of things one never knows how they ever find anything but they do!
And here’s a macro shot of some Chinese tea cups in the same little store.

This is like a festival of colour! That building with varied colours for different sides is quite amazing!
