I’m back!
Fatter, tired and more broke than when I left.
First stop, Macau where I landed after a typhoon scare.

Did you know I was travelling just 1 day after Typhoon Nuri hit Hong Kong and Macau? I did not see pictures of the disaster it wreaked in Hong Kong until AFTER I was on the plane. My flight was incidentally bumped to 1pm from 11am, and the plane was upgraded to a larger vessel. I did not even know Hong Kong had designated a Typhoon Signal 9 just the day before and flights were all cancelled! Luck? You bet!
Next stop, Hong Kong!

This is just a quick update. I am trying to clear my work backlog from when I was away and will provide more info and pictures later. I won’t be doing a day by day blow by blow account of my trip. I think that’ll bore everyone to tears!
So, I’ll just do an overall recap of where I stayed and what I did and maybe it might help someone who’s planning a short trip to Hong Kong and Macau
I’ll be back with more titillating holiday snapshops soon!
