You complete me!

My life was incomplete with a “you” shaped hole in it. I knew that it was you I wanted but you were nowhere to be found.

Still, I looked and I waited, knowing deep in my heart that you would turn up some day… the days turned into weeks, then months, then years.

But still I waited – sometimes impatiently.

And finally, my wait has paid off. I found you this weekend – the one I’d been waiting for. The one that completes me…

… the one book to complete my Terry Pratchett collection…. what were you thinking?!

With Feet of Clay, albeit with a different cover, my Terry Pratchett Discworld collection is now COMPLETE! I’m up to date and raring to get the next one whenever it comes out.

Interestingly enough, I have not read this one so last night saw me settling down to a good read. I love reading new books especially those of the humourous punny variety – I take my time to savour each sentence, never knowing when a pun or joke will jump up and bite me on the nose. Bad bedtime reading because I end up staying way past my bedtime!

I found it, at all places, at the new Borders store at Tropicana City Mall. Crappy mall though it is, there are some gems there after all and it was free parking – how many places can I go to where I can meet friends, grab a bite and a good book and have free parking all in one place?! Ok so its temporary but I’ll make the most of it while I can.
