I don’t know about you, but its been AGES as far as I’m concerned! So, when a whole bagful of the sweet smelling fruit landed in the office today courtesy of a lovely benefactor, guess who jumped right in? 
The succulent transclucent flesh was thick and juicy. I had to eat it with a piece of tissue paper in one hand just to catch the juice dribbling from my hands.
I savoured every single bite of this very rare (and very expensive here) fruit.
Mmm…. that’s it. All gone now. Slurp!

Hmmm – apart from lychees in a can, I don’t believe I have ever tasted lychees in its original form before. Lucky you!
