Could it be conditioning from his handlers? The Octo can read bodylanguage/verbal cues? (do they hear?)

Could it be the clams given in each plastic container. One is ala octo-caviar and the other is ala cincaluk?

Could the Octo be a Timelord ala Dr Who, in this current Octo-ey incarnation? OK this one, was all me, since my dad&#039;s got m=no clue aboot this scifi malarkey :-)  

But now what if he gets the final match result wrong???</description>
